Who we are

This website presents Hyperion®, a product of Digitech Africa Ltd, Angré 9ème Tranche, Immeuble Cube, Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. Questions about your personal data can be sent to info@digitechgroupci.com.

Data collected through the demo request form

When you request a demo, we collect:

• your full name, job title, organisation, country and work email;
• your phone number and a message, if you choose to give them;
• the area of interest and the language you choose for your session;
• your agreement to be contacted about Hyperion AI.

We use this information only to organise your demo and to contact you about Hyperion AI, as you agreed when you ticked the consent box. We do not sell or share it. Your request is delivered to our team by email through our email service provider, Resend; it is not stored in a database on this website.

To protect the form against abuse, your IP address is kept temporarily in server memory to limit the number of messages sent per hour.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use advertising or audience-measurement cookies. The contact page can display a Google Maps map: it is only loaded when you click “Show the map”, and Google may then set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you sent us, or withdraw your agreement to be contacted, by writing to info@digitechgroupci.com.

Hyperion platform and Hyperion AI

This policy covers this website only. Within the Hyperion platform and Hyperion AI, client data is used only to serve that client; its processing, deployment and data location are governed by the contract signed with each customer.
